I’m Kristian Mitchell. For over 25 years I’ve helped families and landowners across Northern Ireland and Donegal plan and build one-off houses, rural homes and extensions and, just as often, talked people out of decisions that would have cost them dearly.
I work across both planning systems Northern Ireland and the Republic which matters enormously when your site is near the border. I think about how a building goes together, what it’ll cost to build, and what it’ll be like to live in for thirty years. Not just what it looks like in a render.
