Book A “Fit Call”.
What this call is.
We talk about where you are: your project, your stage, your rough budget, your timeline, and what you’re trying to achieve.
A chance to hear how I work: and decide whether that’s what you’re looking for.
An honest verdict, both ways. If I think we’re a fit, I’ll say so and point you to the next step. If I don’t, I’ll say that too and where I can, point you toward someone more suitable. Either way, you leave knowing where you stand.
What this call is not.
It’s not a consultation. I won’t assess your site, review your drawings, or give you an opinion on your planning chances. Not because I’m being precious because off-the cuff advice about a specific site is guesswork, and you’d be making serious decisions on it. You deserve better than guesswork. So do I.
It’s not a free sample of the Clarity Review. The Review is hours of proper analysis and a written action plan. Fifteen minutes on the phone is neither.
It’s not a quote call. Fees depend on the project, and the project gets understood properly in the Review. My indicative fee ranges are already published.
