The Project Clarity Review is the first step I recommend for any new house or major extension. I visit your site or home, look at what's possible, and give you a written plan you keep. £450, credited against the design fee if you appoint me within 12 months.

How it works
1. Book and pay online. A short form tells me about the project before I arrive.
2. I visit. On site for a new house, or at your home for an extension or renovation.
3. You get your written plan.
Sometimes the best result is a better plan.
The review might confirm you're ready to go. It might show that a survey or check should come first, or that the brief needs reshaping to fit the budget. Occasionally the honest answer is that another site or approach would serve you better. Each of those is worth knowing at the start, and each comes with a clear next step.
If you appoint me for the full project within 12 months, the £450 is credited against the design fee. If you decide not to go ahead, you keep the written plan.
